We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Company Information, Division Information, Requisition Summary, Job Responsibilities (two parts), Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, General Description Of All Benefits, Additional Job Board Information (includes salary range). We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must include a section only when posting has real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove duplicated lines like "Job Responsibilities" appears twice? Actually there is "Job Responsibilities" then later "Job Responsibilities Cont." We'll combine into one Responsibilities section. We need to decide which headings to use: About the role (maybe from Requisition Summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe Required Qualifications), Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications?), Skills (maybe from Preferred Qualifications?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only those with content. We have schedule: "Up to 10% travel can be expected." That's schedule/travel info. So we can have a Schedule section. Pay: salary range $62,000 - $93,000 annually. Also mention holiday gift. So Pay section. Benefits: list of benefits. About the role: could be Requisition Summary: "PACCAR is currently seeking a Buyer to join our North America Materials team. This position is available to be located in Kirkland, WA or Denton, TX." Also maybe include company info? But "About the role" could be that summary. We'll include that. Responsibilities: combine all bullet points from Job Responsibilities and Job Responsibilities Cont. We'll need to format as
  • . Requirements: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. 1-2 years of experience required. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: APICS certification, Experience with Kanban and Lean Material Handling, Team player..., Competency in PC software..., willingness to grow..., results oriented. Skills: maybe we could treat some of those as Skills, but we already have Qualifications. The instruction says use headings like Skills if there is content. We could put technical skills under Skills heading. But we have to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we combine Preferred Qualifications into Qualifications heading and not have separate Skills. But we need to follow instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It's just examples; we can choose which to include. We should include sections that have substantive content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (required qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections. Skills maybe not needed if we put skills under Qualifications. But we could also split: Qualifications = education/experience, Skills = technical skills etc. However we have both required and preferred qualifications. Could treat Required Qualifications as Requirements, Preferred Qualifications as Qualifications, and maybe Skills separate? But we have overlapping content: "Team player with excellent leadership, technical and communication skills." That's skills. Could put under Skills. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's decide: - About the role: summary. - Responsibilities: list. - Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years experience. - Qualifications: APICS certification, Kanban/Lean Material Handling experience. - Skills: Team player with excellent leadership, technical and communication skills; Competency in PC software (word processing, excel, access, Tableau); willingness to grow personally and professionally; results oriented. - Benefits: list. - Pay: salary range $62,000 - $93,000 annually; holiday gift. - Schedule: Up to 10% travel. We must ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have real content. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

    About the role

PACCAR is currently seeking a Buyer to join our North America Materials team. This position is available to be located in Kirkland, WA or Denton, TX.

    Responsibilities

    • Place orders with suppliers for production material to be used in the assembly of trucks at four manufacturing plants.
    • Work closely with Purchasing, Engineering, Suppliers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that all material arrives at the plants according to guidelines.
    • Determine production requirements for assigned groupings of manufactured or purchased parts.
    • Issue purchase and/or manual orders to suppliers to meet manufacturing schedules and maintain proper inventory levels and navigate material planning issues.
    • Host conference calls with internal and external personnel to resolve supply chain disruptions and EDI discrepancies.
    • Plan and coordinate introduction of new parts and reduce current inventory in conjunction with Plant/Division Engineering, Materials and Purchasing personnel, Marketing, and Assembly.
    • Forecast orders during times of low visibility utilizing various reporting.
    • Negotiate delivery, expediting, or other special charges with suppliers.
    • Serve as a focal point for Materials’ supplier management, monitor supplier quality, service, and delivery issues.
    • Communicate and escalate issues, information, and resolution to Materials Planner at the plant(s) and/or Corporate Commodity Manager, Directors, and Senior Leadership.
    • Provide allocations for highly constrained material across multiple production facilities to prevent impacts to production.
    • Work independently to resolve difficult supply chain and material planning situations.
    • Initiate and establish EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) programs in cooperation with Materials Planners at the plants, PACCAR MIS and Kenworth suppliers.
    • Maintain EDI working set for use by Kenworth & Peterbilt suppliers and plant planners.
    • Negotiate packaging, sub-assembly, and program charges with suppliers.
    • Establish and improve JIT (Just-in-Time) and material flow improvement programs with Assembly, Accounting, Materials, and suppliers.
    • Review inventory levels for excess, surplus, or obsolete accumulations and initiate or recommend disposal.
    • Coordinate special projects/programs as required.
    • Up to 10% travel can be expected.
But note travel is schedule; we might move that to Schedule section. However it's currently in responsibilities list; but we can keep it there or move. The instruction: we should not duplicate. It's okay to keep in responsibilities but also have schedule section? Might duplicate. Better to keep travel in Schedule section and remove from responsibilities. Let's extract travel bullet. Thus responsibilities list without travel bullet. Then Schedule section:

Up to 10% travel can be expected.

Now Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. 1-2 years of experience required. Qualifications: APICS certification in one or more of the following disciplines is preferred: CPIM, CIRM, and CSCP. Experience with Kanban and “Lean Material Handling” is preferred. Skills: Team player with excellent leadership, technical and communication skills. Competency in the use of personal computer software including word processing, excel, access databases and Tableau. Candidates should have a willingness to grow personally and professionally and be results oriented. Benefits: list as
. Pay: salary range $62,000 - $93,000 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift. We should not repeat "Additional Job Board Information" etc. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO etc. At end there is "PACCAR is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veteran/Disability and E-Verify Employer." That's boilerplate; remove. Also remove duplicated lines like "General Description Of All Benefits" heading; we will just use Benefits heading. Now produce final HTML. Check that we didn't miss any substantive info: Company Information and Division Information maybe could be considered "About the role"? But we already have summary. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Company info maybe not needed for role; but it's substantive about company. Could be included in About the role? But we already have a short summary; we could add a paragraph about PACCAR. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding company info may make About the role thicker but still okay. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot omit company info. The posting includes Company Information and Division Information. That's substantive about the company. Should we include it? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that info somewhere. Could be part of About the role section. Let's add a paragraph after the summary describing PACCAR and divisions. Thus About the role will have two paragraphs: first the requisition summary, then company info. We need to ensure we don't create filler. It's real content. Let's craft:

That seems to preserve all company/division info. Now Responsibilities: we need to list all responsibilities except travel bullet. Let's copy all bullet points from the two sections, excluding the travel line. From Job Responsibilities: - Place orders with suppliers for production material to be used in the assembly of trucks at four manufacturing plants. - Work closely with Purchasing, Engineering, Suppliers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that all material arrives at the plants according to guidelines. - Determine production requirements for assigned groupings of manufactured or purchased parts. - Issue purchase and/or manual orders to suppliers to meet manufacturing schedules and maintain proper inventory levels and navigate material planning issues. - Host conference calls with internal and external personnel to resolve supply chain disruptions and EDI discrepancies. -
