North America Market Solutions Director

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a North America Market Solutions Director to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This leader will oversee a multi-market solutions organization responsible for driving customer outcomes across North America. The role will bring structure, coaching, and operational discipline to the customer solution lifecycle while partnering closely with sales leadership to support growth, retention, and expansion. It is a highly cross-functional position that blends leadership, execution, and strategic advising in a complex, relationship-driven environment.

Location: Remote — US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Market Solutions Leaders across five North America markets
• Ensure execution of the customer solution lifecycle with rigor and accountability
• Cultivate a coaching-first culture to enhance team capabilities
• Align Solutions Partners with appropriate opportunities across markets
• Coach teams on advanced solutioning and navigate organizational transformations favorably
• Collaborate on advancing the strategic advisor capability of the MSLs
• Co-own regional performance metrics alongside the North America Geo Sales Leader

Qualifications

• 12+ years of management experience in enterprise PaaS, including Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Consulting
• Experience driving customer growth through managed services and consulting engagements
• Track record of achieving ARR growth, retention, and expansion in solution-based sales
• Proficient in Salesforce and BI tools for data analysis
• Fluent in MEDDPICC methodology and customer lifecycle management
• Skilled in designing repeatable processes adopted at scale
• Strong operational skills in forecasting and data-driven outcomes

Pay

$215,000 – $239,000 annually
