Director, North America Marketing
for each section: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (mission, description). Responsibilities: list of duties (What you will do). Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The "Who you are" includes experience, strategy, leadership, collaboration, AI fluency, budget management, communication, data literacy, education, travel. Could split into Requirements (experience, education) and Skills (leadership, collaboration, AI fluency, etc.) but we can combine. However we need to follow instruction: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. We can create sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly Qualifications not needed if covered.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodations, privacy, etc. Also remove application instructions. Also remove duplicated lines.
We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details: mission statement, company description, role location hubs, travel willingness, base salary range, benefits list.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Let's extract content.

The role sits within our Growth Marketing team and reports to the VP of Growth Marketing. This role can be based in our Chicago, Austin, or New York hubs. A willingness to travel as required to support regional events and initiatives is a must!"
That's about role.
Responsibilities: The "What you will do:" bullet list items. We'll convert each to
- .
List:
- Regional strategy: Develop and execute a data-driven North America marketing strategy that drives new customer acquisition, expands the existing customer base, and supports the region's growth targets.

- Performance and data-driven decisions: Establish KPIs for marketing programmes and use data-driven insight to test, adjust and continuously improve the regional strategy.
Note there is a stray comma after "solutions marketing," but keep.
Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The "Who you are:" list.
We can split into Requirements (experience, education) and Skills (leadership, collaboration, AI fluency, budget management, communication, data literacy, travel). But we can also just have a Requirements section covering all.
Let's extract each bullet:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, predominantly in enterprise software or SaaS, with a strong track record in regional marketing and team leadership.
- Strategy: Demonstrated ability to build and execute data-driven regional marketing strategies that support growth from both new and existing customers.
- Leadership: Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a history of leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across departments.
- Collaboration: A natural collaborator, comfortable working across sales, SDR leadership and global marketing teams to land on a shared plan and see it through.
- AI fluency: Comfortable working with AI tools in marketing execution, with the enthusiasm and ability to help a team adopt them.
- Budget management: Proven experience strategically managing regional marketing budgets, optimising spend and investing for the best return.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and inspire stakeholders at every level of the organisation.
- Data literacy: Ability to review and interpret business and marketing data, drawing insight and taking data-driven action, using tools such as Salesforce, Looker and Amplitude.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is highly desirable.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required to support regional events and initiatives.
We could have sections: Requirements (Experience, Education, Travel) and Skills (Strategy, Leadership, Collaboration, AI fluency, Budget management, Communication, Data literacy). But we need to decide.
Given instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into one "Requirements and Skills" section? But we have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose to include Requirements and Skills separately if we have content.
We have content for both. Let's create Requirements (Experience, Education, Travel) and Skills (Strategy, Leadership, Collaboration, AI fluency, Budget management, Communication, Data literacy). That seems reasonable.

Pay: Base Salary Range (US) $195,000 - $240,000 USD. Also mention additional components such as equity and benefits, sales commission for sales roles (not applicable). We'll include Pay section with that range.
Schedule: hybrid: average 2 days a week in office. Also mention location hubs Chicago, Austin, New York. Travel willingness.
We'll put schedule: "Hybrid work model: expected to work from local Culture Amp office an average of 2 days a week; role based in Chicago, Austin, or New York hubs; willingness to travel as required."
Now produce HTML.
We must not include markdown fences. Just raw HTML.
