Nordic Spa Night Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Completes work processes and checklists that seamlessly support the Core Value of Quality: Upholding the highest standards in product and service.

• Ensures all spaces, both guest facing and back of house, are “picture-perfect” for optimal first impressions.
• Vacuums, dusts, cleans, sweeps, polishes, and restocks all guest areas and facilities.
• Cleans all public spaces including bathrooms, showers, floors, elevators, kitchens, and walls of all Nordic Spa Buildings.
• Completes a monthly deep cleaning task list.
• Contributes to a collaborative workplace; supporting the Spa value of community, common goals, and acceptance.
• Completes other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning role, specifically in a Spa or Hotel preferred.
• Able to lift, move, and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Ability to focus on attention to detail, remaining professional and courteous at all times.
• Highly organized and able to work well independently, under pressure, and able to complete many diverse tasks concurrently.

Schedule

This position is on an overnight shift and will require working in a closed facility, often independently. Shifts may include early morning, weekend, and occasional midday, afternoon, and evening shifts.

Physical Demands

The employee is regularly required to be on their feet with frequent requirements to reach, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. There will be periods of independent work and changes in temperature from the back of the house to the front of the house.
