Nordic Ski Head Coach

Season begins November 9, 2026. Hours include practices (schedules vary) and evening and weekend competitions. Hours will vary pending level and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and implement a program that strives to create positive experiences and successful outcomes for the Storm Nordic Ski Team

Requirements

• Organizational skills
• Coaching experience
• Passion for Nordic skiing
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Must pass a criminal background check

Pay

Based on the 2025-2027 Sauk Rapids-Rice Education Association's Master Agreement Schedule C at BA+10 lane at 11%: starting at $5,797 up to $7,949. No additional benefits beyond those required by law.
