Nordic Center Supervisor
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting.
Let's extract sections:
Position Summary: Under supervision... This is like a summary. Could be "About the role". We'll put that under About the role
with
containing the summary. Our Culture: paragraph about mission etc. Could be part of About the role or separate? The instruction: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose which sections have content. Likely we have About the role (summary + culture). Responsibilities: essential functions list. Requirements: maybe "General YMCA Of The Rockies Requirements". Qualifications: list of qualifications. Skills: maybe combine with qualifications? But we can separate: Skills could be specific abilities like customer service, communication, etc. However we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see content. Essential Functions list: Certified in First Aid, CPR, AED; Working knowledge of business management; Demonstrate ability to fluently read, write, speak English; Enthusiasm for winter sports; Operate office equipment; Train, schedule, supervise, evaluate staff; Coordinate and manage aspects when director absent; Uphold mission, policies; Support safety program; Promote safe work practices; Excellent customer service skills; Must meet background check. That's responsibilities. Qualifications list: Oversee daily operations of Nordic Retail and Rental Center; Be accountable for staff activities and schedule; Promote cooperative atmosphere; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work cooperatively in diverse environment; Ability to teach beginner lessons based on PSIA Level 1; Practical working knowledge of waxing techniques; Ability to provide clear technique and waxing advice; Familiarity with trail system and enthusiasm; All other duties as assigned. General YMCA Of The Rockies Requirements: list of core values, mission, customer service, safety program, cooperative attitude, attend abuse risk training, commitment to DEI, background check, all other duties. Work Environment & Physical Demands: description of indoor/outdoor, standing, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, ski confidently, weekend/holiday availability, guest interaction, fast-paced. Environmental Sustainability Collaboration: support org goals via collaboration. Additional Information: Praesidium-accredited, note about hiring process, link, note about duties. We need to decide sections. About the role: could combine Position Summary and Our Culture. Responsibilities: Essential Functions. Requirements: maybe combine General YMCA Requirements and Work Environment & Physical Demands? But Requirements heading is for qualifications/requirements. Could put General YMCA Requirements under Requirements. Work Environment & Physical Demands could be under Requirements or maybe under Skills? But we have Skills heading; we could put specific skills there (customer service, communication, etc). However we already have many skill-like items in Essential Functions and Qualifications. Better to follow typical structure: About the role (summary + culture). Responsibilities (essential functions). Qualifications (list of qualifications). Skills (maybe customer service, communication, etc). Requirements (maybe general YMCA requirements + work environment). Benefits/Pay/Schedule: none given, so omit. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So omit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's extract each piece and place appropriately. Let's draft:
