NorBella Prior Lake - Culinary Assistant/Server

About the role

NorBella Prior Lake, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Culinary Assistant/Server to join their team. Located in Prior Lake, MN, this community offers Assisted Living and Memory Care services in a peaceful setting with easy access for family visits.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room
• Serve and bus trays
• Pour and cover beverages
• Auxiliary in preparing and covering food
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• 16 years of age or older
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred
• Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees
• Strong computer skills

Pay

$15.50-$20.50 per hour

Schedule

Shifts available: Full-Time AMs (7:30am-1:30pm), Holidays and Every Other Weekend Required
