About the role

Non‑licensed Noon Supervisor position for Lakeville Area Schools (Independent School District No. 194), serving approximately 12,000 students across multiple communities. The role involves supervising students during the lunch period and ensuring their safety and well‑being.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the physical safety and emotional behavior of an entire grade level while supervising students on the playground, in the cafeteria, and in the classroom, including implementing discipline plans when necessary.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work outdoors in various kinds of weather for 20–30 minutes

Schedule

1.75 hours per day, Monday–Friday, 11:15 am – 1:00 pm; approximately 174 work days per year; start date ASAP.

Pay

Per the LEAF contract, the Noon Supervisor is classified as A‑1‑1 with a starting salary range of $17.58 – $20.99 per hour, depending on experience.
