About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Legal & Accounting environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of NetSuite for NFP clients, including configuration and training
• Analyze NFP business processes and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions
• Provide ongoing consultancy and support to clients post-implementation
• Enhance client operations through strategic use of NetSuite features
• Create NFP-tailored procedures for operational efficiency
• Collaborate with technical teams during design and testing phases
• Promote sustainable practices within the organization while implementing NetSuite

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in NetSuite end-to-end implementations
• Proven ability to configure NFP-specific modules in NetSuite
• Strong understanding of NFP segmentation and financial structures
• Experience with NFP SuiteApps, particularly Labor Expense Allocation
• Skill in data migration and ensuring compliance with NFP module requirements
• Ability to develop and standardize operational procedures for NFPs within NetSuite
• Exceptional training skills to guide NFP staff in NetSuite usage

Pay

$100,000 – $200,000 annually
