Nonprofit Data Coordinator
About the role
The Nonprofit Data Coordinator will provide essential data and evaluation support for programs serving youth and families, helping ensure information is accurate, accessible, and effectively used to support program outcomes. Reporting to the Evaluation Manager, this role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who enjoys working with data and wants their work to contribute to meaningful community impact.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Cleveland, Ohio, with a combination of remote work, time in the Cleveland office, and occasional work at partner or program locations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate database records and provide ongoing data support across individual, team, and program needs.
- Conduct real-time quality control reviews, identify missing or inconsistent information, and collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
- Track quality and program metrics, identify trends, and escalate findings to support continuous quality improvement.
- Assist with program fidelity reviews, data collection, report preparation, and review processes.
- Create and maintain reports, presentations, dashboards, and supplemental materials for data trainings and meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partner sites, vendors, and contractors while providing responsive, customer-focused data support.
Requirements
- Professional experience working with databases, data administration, reporting, or a related function.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and online database systems.
- Experience developing, updating, or maintaining reporting dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative and adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively with partner sites, and identify solutions when data or information gaps arise.

Pay
$52,000–$55,000 annual salary
Schedule
Full-time, hybrid position with occasional travel, including overnight travel, to support meetings, partner sites, community events, and program needs.
