Key Responsibilities
- Support pharmacists in preparing and dispensing customized medications
- Aid in non-sterile compounding preparations including capsules, tablets, troches, creams, gels, suspensions, and other dosage forms
- Support tablet production workflows, such as ingredient preparation, weighing, blending, batching, and processing operations
- Assist with setup, operation, cleaning, and maintenance of tablet production and compounding equipment
- Accurately weigh, mix, and process ingredients to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance
- Perform quality control checks and ensure all compounds and batches are correctly labeled, packaged, and documented
- Maintain organized and up-to-date batch records, compounding logs, and production documentation
- Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies, including restocking, material handling, and logging
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and operations leadership to support safe, efficient, and scalable production workflow
- Follow USP, internal SOPs, safety procedures, and production standards during all compounding and manufacturing activities
- Support expanding production operations and newly introduced dosage form initiatives as the company continues to grow
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Experience in non-sterile compounding within a compounding pharmacy or production environment
- Registered as a Pharmacy Technician in the applicable state
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in compounding, batching, and labeling
- Ability to follow procedures, SOPs, and production protocols consistently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Comfortable working hands-on with equipment, ingredients, and manufacturing-style workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tablet production, encapsulation, batching, powder processing, or manufacturing workflows
- Familiarity with USP standards and regulatory compliance for compounded medications
- Knowledge of different routes of medication administration including oral, topical, and sublingual dosage forms
- Mechanically inclined with experience operating production or compounding equipment
- Experience using pharmacy software systems for labeling, tracking, and batch record management
- Ability to excel in a detail-oriented, high-volume production environment

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Location: Boca Raton, FL
- Salary: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour
