About the role
ATI is hiring a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level III for our Millersburg, OR facility in the Quality Department. This is an onsite position. Relocation assistance is available.
Responsibilities
- Prepares for certification exams and successfully passes MIL-STD-2132 UT Examiner and ASNT UT Level III tests.
- Administers the training, examination, and certification programs for NDT Level I and Level II inspectors, and Level III at facilities in Oregon and Alabama.
- Provides technical support and performance monitoring for the day-to-day operations of NDT personnel inspecting mill shapes and final components.
- Develops, qualifies, and approves test method procedures and techniques for NDT.
- Ensures compliance of testing activities with Customer, Industry, and Government specifications and standards.
- Documents NDT processes with the expectation of performing continuous improvement of those processes and associated testing systems.
- Performs internal and external auditing requirements.
- Supports calibration and maintenance of NDT instrumentation.
Qualifications
- A minimum of an Associates degree required.
- A minimum of four years experience in a manufacturing environment as a UT Level II and/or meet ASNTs minimum requirements for Level III test qualification.
- Ability to obtain a MIL-STD-2132 UT Examiner Certification.

Pay
100-150k base depending on experience
