About the role

The post-holder is responsible for all relevant medical science activities under the guidance of the GCMA Manager, working with the brand team to drive commercial success by generating and applying medical insights to deliver high-quality evidence that results in safe, efficacious, and meaningful innovation to consumers.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a medical representative on projects.
• Drive execution of medical and evidence strategies for assigned projects.
• Support cross-functional teams to deliver innovative consumer solutions.
• Act as a role model and coach to colleagues in medical affairs in this Non-Clinical Job in Haryana.
• Conduct assessments of efficacy and safety data.
• Provide strategic medical input in category development at Reckitt Careers.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or life sciences is required.
• Postgraduate qualifications preferred.

• Proven ability to generate, analyze, and interpret scientific data is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
