Non Certified Medical Assistant Full Time
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content.
We need to parse the job posting.
First, job title is not needed as heading.
We need to extract:
- About the role: maybe job summary? The posting includes "Job Summary Family Medicine Summary The primary purpose of your job is to assist with the delivery of patient care..." That's about the role. So we can put that in About the role
with
containing that summary. - Responsibilities: The "Essential Functions" list is long; we can treat as responsibilities. Use
- for each bullet. Need to preserve all substantive info. The essential functions are many sentences; we can break them into list items maybe each sentence or clause. But we need to preserve all info; we can put each distinct duty as
- . However we must not invent or summarize away detail. We can keep the paragraph as is inside
- maybe each bullet is a sentence. The original text is a long paragraph with many sentences separated by periods. We can split by period and make list items. But we must ensure we don't lose any content. Could also keep as a single
but rule says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Since essential functions is a list of duties, we should use list. Thus we need to extract each duty sentence. Let's copy the essential functions text: "Plans appropriately for patient care: Anticipates needs of patient visits to optimize provider time. - . Let's do that.
Now Requirements: The posting includes "Qualifications Education Other Certificate/Diploma Related Field of Study required and High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Basic Life Support [BLS] - Generic - HR Only required within 90 days of start date. Experience Medical Assistant experience in an ambulatory setting 0-1 year preferred and A minimum of 6 months employment in an ambulatory physician practice setting in the last 3 years 0-1 year preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities ..."
We need sections: Qualifications, Skills maybe. The posting lumps Education, Licenses, Experience, Knowledge Skills Abilities. We can separate into Qualifications (education, licenses, experience) and Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities). Also maybe Requirements section could combine qualifications and skills? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- About the role: job summary.
- Responsibilities: essential functions.
- Qualifications: education, licenses/certifications, experience.
- Skills: knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Benefits: The posting mentions benefits: "In addition to competitive base pay, we offer comprehensive benefits, career advancement opportunities, differentials, premiums and bonuses as applicable and recognition programs designed to celebrate your contributions and support your professional growth." Also earlier: "At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization. Our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and any offer extended will take into account your skills, relevant experience if applicable, education, certifications and other essential factors. The base pay information provided offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications; however, it does not encompass all elements contributing to your total compensation package. In addition to competitive base pay, we offer comprehensive benefits, career advancement opportunities, differentials, premiums and bonuses as applicable and recognition programs designed to celebrate your contributions and support your professional growth."
Thus we have benefits content.
- Pay: The posting includes "Pay Range $20.73 - $42.97/Hourly Grade SM1206". Also mentions base pay estimate. So we have pay.
- Schedule: The posting includes "Scheduled Weekly Hours 40", "Work Shift Day". So schedule.
Thus we will include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We should not include Requirements as separate if we already have Qualifications and Skills; but we could include Requirements as a combined section? The instruction says use headings for those sections; we can include only those with real content. We'll include Qualifications and Skills separately; we can omit Requirements.
Now we need to format.
We'll output:
About the role
... job summary ...
Responsibilities
- ... each duty ... ...
Qualifications
- maybe list education, licenses, experience. Or we can use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Qualifications is a list of requirements; we should use
- . Similarly Skills as list.
Thus:
Qualifications

- for any list; we can nest but might be okay. However we need to preserve content; we can keep as separate
- with sub-bullets using
- inside. That's allowed. But we need to avoid over-nesting? It's fine. We'll list:
- Preferred successful completion of Medical Assistant School/Program or comparable training within related discipline.
- Enrollment in program to enhance MA skills: Registered (RMA), Certified (CMA), Certified Clinical MA (CCMA).
- Enrollment in program leading to further skill development with medical field (including but not limited to CNA, EMT, LPN, RN, CNM, NP, PA, MD, DO). Now Benefits:
Benefits

Also maybe mention "At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization. Our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and any offer extended will take into account your skills, relevant experience if applicable, education, certifications and other essential factors. The base pay information provided offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications; however, it does not encompass all elements contributing to your total compensation package." That's more about pay and benefits; but we already have pay section. Could include that in Benefits or Pay. We'll keep benefits as above; the earlier paragraph about base pay can go to Pay. Pay:Pay
Pay Range $20.73 - $42.97/Hourly Grade SM1206. At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization. Our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and any offer extended will take into account your skills, relevant experience if applicable, education, certifications and other essential factors. Thus:
