Non-Certified Chaplain - Spiritual Care
About the role
The Non-Certified Chaplain provides professional and competent spiritual care ministry, and is responsible for serving the spiritual, religious, and emotional needs of care recipients and caregivers in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
Responsibilities
- Serve the spiritual, religious, and emotional needs of care recipients and caregivers in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
- Provide spiritual care to patients, families, and staff members.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to address the spiritual needs of patients and their families.
- Offer support to patients and families during times of crisis or significant life changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Coursework/Training: 2 Units clinical pastoral education units
- Master's Degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry or relevant religious studies
- One year of Pastoral experience
Qualifications
This position is per-diem and works 8-hour, variable shifts.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
