Non CDL Driver

About the role

The Non-CDL Driver is responsible for making local deliveries and pickups while supporting production floor operations when not driving. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to assist with production and other operational duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver screen doors and/or windows in a box truck from our local warehouse to customers in the metropolitan area.
• Perform occasional data entry, filing orders, and receiving goods into systems.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any issues with the truck.
• Load and unload raw product and finished product.
• Perform related work as required.
• Cooperate with and support co-workers as a team player.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• Ability to drive a 26ft. box truck.
• Ability to perform physical functions of the job, including lifting at least 50 lbs. repetitively.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, calendar and scheduling apps, printing, and Microsoft Excel.

Pay

Starting rate: $21.50 per hour, with bonus potential.

Schedule

6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
