Non CDL Driver

About the Role

The Non-CDL Driver for Heritage Pool is responsible for operating a vehicle to transport goods, products, or materials to various destinations.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a non-CDL vehicle to transport products, goods, or materials.
• Perform pre- and post-vehicle inspections and report any discrepancies.
• Load and unload the vehicle as required.
• Follow the delivery schedule and communicate any delays or issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service during delivery and pick-up operations.
• Maintain accurate logs of all transport and vehicle maintenance.

Physical Requirements

• Regular physical activity, including lifting, loading, and unloading goods.
• Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Long hours of driving.

Working Conditions

Drivers will work in a variety of weather conditions and must be comfortable driving in these conditions.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid state driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Familiarity with navigation systems.
• Proficiency in English for safety-related communication.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant driving experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in driving or logistics.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• A vocational or technical degree in transportation or a related field.

Pay

The base salary for this position typically ranges from $19.00 to $20.91 per hour. Starting wage may vary based on factors such as location, education, training, and experience.

Hourly associates may be eligible for overtime based on business needs.
