Responsibilities

• Safely drive the most efficient route to the job site while observing and obeying all traffic laws, safety regulations and company policies/procedures.
• Assist in loading and/or securing materials on trucks daily.
• Help unload materials by using crane, conveyor, piggybacks and/or by hand.
• Act as the face of the company on the jobsite by leading, instructing and supervising others.

Requirements

• Valid state Driver's License.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• High degree of attention and considerable dexterity in vehicle control to ensure proper delivery while preventing damage to materials and equipment.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) when dealing with vendors, customers, management, and team members.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors under adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and climb.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds of material continually.
• Must be able to pass a company required drug test.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Previous material handling experience (a plus).
• Previous forklift experience (a plus).
