NON-CDL Dedicated Truck Driver

About the role

A. Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, motivated full-time Dedicated NON-CDL Truck Driver to join our team in Hauppauge, NY. You will be driving a 26FT NON CDL Straight Truck making local overnight deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Completing pick up and deliveries to various location(s)
• Performing lift gate deliveries, including unloading and loading at stops as needed
• Ensuring the security and safety of the tractor and freight; adhering to all FMCSA safety regulations and guidelines
• Building relationships through excellent communication with customers
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Minimum of 1 year of recent non-CDL straight truck delivery driving experience
• Currently hold, or obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
• No more than three moving violations and/or accidents within the last three years, subject to review
• Able to communicate effectively; must be able to read, write and speak English
• Able to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance

Pay

$28.84 per hour

Schedule

Sunday to Friday Flexible schedule 4:00PM to 6:00PM start times Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit
