Nocturnist - Hospitalist

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care during overnight hours 7 on / 7 off schedule
• Admit patients from the emergency department
• Cross-cover and manage existing hospitalized patients
• Respond to overnight clinical changes and rapid responses
• Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and care teams
• Ensure thorough documentation and effective handoffs

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for or active Illinois medical license
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $330,000.00 to $350,000.00 on an annualized basis.
