About the role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected hospital, supported with the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established team of 45 + physicians Call structure: 10-15 Shifts/MonthPractice setting: InpatientEmployed position within a nonprofit health systemBoard Certified or Board Eligible Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive overnight clinical oversight for a 100-patient census
- APP and RN cross-cover support on evening shifts
- Mixed Model: 45% Salary/45% RVU/10% Quality
- CME allowance + dedicated CME days
- Malpractice coverage with tail
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
