Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a NOC, IT operations, or technical support role.
- Demonstrated technical troubleshooting skills in:
- TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Basic routing and switching concepts
- Network monitoring tools
- Ticketing systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective during high-pressure incidents.
- Interest in developing leadership and supervisory skills.
