NOC Communications Specialist (3rd Shift: 12pm-7:30am)
About the role
We are seeking a motivated NOC Communications Specialist to join a 24/7 Network Operations Center environment supporting enterprise-level technology services.
Responsibilities
- Monitor network alerts and system status.
- Answer inbound calls and support users experiencing technical issues.
- Create and manage incident tickets using ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and document issues, escalating as needed.
- Communicate network outages and service updates.
- Work closely with engineers, vendors, and IT teams to restore service.
Requirements
- Emerging IT professional with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Cybersecurity, or a related field OR 1–3 years of IT, Help Desk, Technical Support, Customer Service, or Call Center experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Interest in networking, IT operations, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a technology organization.

Pay and Schedule
- The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
- Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 12:00 AM – 7:30 AM.
- This is a Contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA.
