NOC Change Manager

About the role

Are you a highly organized operations professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys coordinating complex network activities? The NOC Change Manager plays a critical role in governing and coordinating planned and emergency network changes across the organization, ensuring operational excellence while minimizing customer impact. You'll serve as the central coordination point between Engineering, Field Operations, Performance teams, Customer-facing teams, and the Network Operations Center (NOC). Your work will directly contribute to maintaining network stability, improving operational processes, and ensuring successful execution of change activities across a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the NOC change lifecycle from intake through closure within the designated ITSM platform (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Ensure change records include appropriate risk assessments, implementation plans, rollback procedures, and communication plans.
