About the role

The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for leading the budgeting and forecasting processes across the North American region, financial evaluations, due diligence and strategies on driving the financial growth of the North America business, with a strong emphasis on commercial finance. This role involves financial evaluations, due diligence, and strategies to drive the financial growth of the North America business, particularly in collaboration with the Commercial Sales Leader.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Finance Leadership: Partner closely with the Commercial Sales Leader to support sales reporting, business partnering, and ensuring all stakeholders on the finance side are aligned and effective.
• P&L Ownership: Own the North American commercial P&L, ensuring accurate financial performance management and alignment with business goals.
• Performance Improvement: Drive performance against key metrics with a focus on continuous improvement of commercial performance and processes.
• Strategic Vision Execution: Create and achieve a desired future state through influence on company values, individual and group goals, execution of plans
