No Experience Needed - Behavior Technician - Help Kids with Autism!

Hopebridge is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Farragut, TN to support children with autism and their families.

Pay

$16.80 – $20 per hour, based on experience. Completion of RBT certification training is paid at a lower rate.

Schedule

Monday through Friday; no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Support children in developing functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate victories and milestones with children and families.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
