NJ CHHA - LIVE-IN

What You’ll Do

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse.
• Provide personal care, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
• Support clients with: Activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.), Household support (light housekeeping, laundry, bed making), Meal preparation and feeding, Range of motion/exercises, Assisting with ambulation (transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices), Medication reminders.
• Travel to clients' homes as assigned.

What Makes You a Great Candidate?

• One year of verifiable work experience with a Healthcare Agency, or a non-healthcare Employer (if newly licensed).
• Completed a recognized HHA training course and hold an ACTIVE NJ HHA License.
• Unlicensed applicants and NJ CNAs: Ask us how we can help you become a Certified Home Health Aide in NJ!
• A passion for caregiving, providing private home care, and a desire to help others.
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care.
