Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite and oncall technical and operational support for mission systems at Raven Rock, including system administration, monitoring, and health checks.
- Perform troubleshooting and corrective actions for hardware, software, network, and system performance issues.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, including software patches, updates, configuration changes, and performance tuning.
- Provide firstline user support and training for system access, basic operations, and issue resolution.
- Collect, maintain, and update operational logs, incident and deficiency reports, and checklists in accordance with program and security standards.
- Perform incident response, including initial triage, escalation, coordination with highertier support, and closure documentation.
- Execute backup and restore operations to ensure data integrity, availability, and continuity of operations.
- Support system administration and database support tasks as needed to maintain operational environments.
- Oversee procedural compliance and ensure all records, logs, and reports meet required operational, security, and audit requirements.
- Act as a technical resource for performance optimization, data integrity, continuity of operations, and support of management status reporting.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in systems or network administration, systems support, or similar technical roles in secure, missioncritical (DoD or similar) environments.
- Strong leadership capabilities in directing project/task execution across domains such as maintenance, integration, and data management.
- Experience in resource allocation, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality deliverables to drive task success.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve operational issues and provide precise, timely status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Experience managing schedules and aligning tasks with program objectives to support integrated operations across functional domains.
- Strong documentation skills for logs, incident reports, configuration and asset records, and technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field, OR Equivalent DoD/Military training in systems administration, network operations, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum: Active TS/SCI clearance required to start. Holds a DoD 8140 qualifying certification; one or more of the following (or equivalent) is required/preferred: – Cloud+ – GSEC – Security+ – SSCP

Pay
The salary range for this position is USD $96,800.00/Yr. - USD $161,500.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
