What You Will Do
- Provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program.
- Create a supportive atmosphere for the needs of the students.
- Monitor and document student behaviors and activities.
- Participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.
- Work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 21 years old
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug screening
- Pass a physical exam
- Pass a Tuberculin (TB) screening
Schedule
7:30 pm to 8:30 am with 1 hour break (12 hour Shift).
- Long Week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Short Week: Wednesday, Thursday
Pay and Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 per hour depending on experience and education
- Earn a $1,000 Bonus After Successful Completion of Essential Skills Training (within the first 90 Days!)
- $500 Sign On Bonus paid at 6 months of employment.
- Perks & Benefits: Medical insurance on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
- Eligible for the rest of the Rite of Passage Benefits Package immediately after 90 days of full-time employment.
- 403b match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment.
