NIGHT/WEEKEND CUSTODIAN FULL-TIME

About the role

Performs routine work relating to the maintenance and repair of the school building facilities as assigned; performs all other related work, as required.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning
• Painting
• General repairs to plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Replacing broken windows
• Checking boilers
• Monitoring supplies

Physical requirements

The position requires moderate physical effort. The employee is required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds; the employee is frequently required to stand, kneel, walk, sit, speak and hear, and use hands to operate equipment and use hand tools.
