Night Warehouse Supervisor

Role Overview Responsible for supervising the loading, unloading, and inventory management of wine and spirits, ensuring efficient and accurate shipment processes. Manages warehouse operations, maintains safety and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and oversees security protocols. Directly supervises associates, handles staffing, training, and performance evaluations to meet operational objectives. Ensures proper handling of beverage alcohol products and addresses equipment, product, or safety issues proactively. Key Responsibilities Supervise truck loading and unloading, minimizing breakage and ensuring timely dispatch.Maintain inventory accuracy, organization, and storage standards.Report damages, shortages, or location issues; enforce safety and OSHA standards.Manage security procedures and warehouse safety protocols.Handle employee training, coaching, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.Ensure compliance with shipping, handling, and warehousing laws. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in related roles.Proficient in MS Office and logistics systems; strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.Results-oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team.Preferred: People management experience and knowledge of logistics systems. Physical & Competency Requirements Ability to lift up to 65 pounds, reach overhead, squat, and stand for extended periods.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to resolve non-routine issues.
