Responsibilities
- Perform all pre-shift duties including warm-up and safety checks on all equipment.
- Work in multi-temperature areas as assigned.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy standards while working in a safe manner.
- Clear aisles of all debris, return pallet jacks to charging area, and hook up jack for battery charging.
- Stack empty pallets from slots in the aisle.
- Clean up any spills and place damaged products in the recoup area.
- Complete any related paperwork.
- Must be physically able to work in the freezer and in the cooler.
- Must be able to repeatedly lift more than 50 pounds throughout a shift.
- Attend all required company meetings and adhere to all safety practices and company policies.
- Must satisfactorily complete all company-mandated training and assessments.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of recent experience in a highly physical, labor-intensive warehouse selection position.
- Minimum six months experience with warehouse material handling equipment (electric pallet jack or high low) preferred.
- Extensive experience operating Standup Forklifts is required.
- Voice selection software experience preferred.
- Must be able to read alpha and numeric codes from pick sheets and slots.
- Must be team-oriented and able to get along with others.

Benefits
- Training: during your 2 week training period, hourly pay is $16.50/hour.
- Incentive: After training, all selectors are expected to meet standards to achieve incentive pay. The range of compensation is $17.50+.
- Retention Bonus: We offer a retention bonus over the span of 1st year of employment (must meet attendance requirements and work safely).
Pay
- Hourly pay during training period: $16.50/hour.
- Compensation range after training: $17.50+.
- Retention Bonus over the first year of employment.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Work week: Sunday night-Thursday night.
- Start time: 6 pm.
- End time: When the work is complete.
- Position involves selecting using the batch method, voice selection software, and labels.
