Night Warehouse Selector

About the role

Mr. Greens is seeking experienced Night Selectors who can work independently, selecting full-case grocery, frozen, and/or perishable products from warehouse pick slots using a pallet jack or similar equipment. Tasks include fitting items on pallets, wrapping bundles, transporting pallets to the shipping dock, and loading them onto trailers for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, sort, and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment
• Select merchandise for shipment and stack neatly on pallets
• Use a pick sheet to locate individual items within the warehouse
• Break down and restack merchandise from pallets
• Verify the quantity of products and ensure they are picked accurately and safely to prevent damage
• Pick up scrap wood, paper, plastic wrappers, and broken pallets to keep the warehouse tidy
• Report any damaged equipment to the shift supervisor or maintenance staff
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Required to be punctual
• Forklift/Rider Pallet Jack - 1 year of experience
• Pass a drug test
• Available to work on weekends

Requirements

• Frequent walking, kneeling, standing, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
