Night Warehouse Selector

Compensation depends on relevant experience, education, skills, function, geographic location, and other factors. The expected base rate for this role is between $26.76/hr - $29.76/hr. This role may also receive overtime compensation.

Schedule

Multiple full-time night shift schedules available, typically Sunday – Thursday. At times weekends and holidays will be required. Options include:

• 5-day workweek (2 days off)
• 4-day workweek (3 days off)

• Deliver exact and damage-free orders
• Operate in a team-based environment

Requirements

• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts
• Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high-endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred (e.g., lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work)
• Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively
• Moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift
