About the role
Environment Control is looking for a Night Supervisor to join our team and support our employees and accounts throughout the Northern Kentucky / South Cincinnati area. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, honest, friendly, and comfortable working with people. Someone who can communicate clearly, build good relationships, and handle situations with a calm and professional approach.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Cleaning or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation / your own vehicle
- Comfortable traveling between accounts
- Dependable and able to work evening hours
Responsibilities
- Train and retrain employees when needed
- Inspect buildings and cleaning quality
- Follow up on customer requests and concerns
- Help with staffing and coverage when needed
- Communicate with Controllers and management
- Support employees with questions or operational issues
- Assist with supplies, building access, alarms, and other needs
- Complete daily operations reports
- Help develop and support employees as the area grows
Pay
$16.00/hour

Schedule
Full-Time Typically 5:30 PM – 1:00 AM, with some flexibility in start time. Some weekend work may be needed for coverage.
