Hours: 10:40pm - 7:00am (Monday - Friday)

Pay

All-in hourly compensation: $26.19/hr

• Base Pay: $22.70/hr
• Sign-on Bonus: $1.22/hr worked
• 10% Shift Differential for Night Shift: $2.27/hr

Profit Sharing Eligibility: Begins after completing 1 year of employment ($7.7 Million in Profits Paid to Profit Sharing Pool in 2025)

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Starchless Mogul Operator to ensure a harmonious transfer of product.
• Complete orders by following Production Schedule.
• Communicate with Quality Control to ensure all product produced is in spec.
• Communicate with Inventory Control/Warehouse to ensure proper ingredients are used.
• Operate Starchless Cooking System.
• Operate all supplemental equipment associated with the Cook/Dosing area.
• Responsible for all cleanouts and ensure no cross contamination happens.
• Inventory and sanitation duties.
• Fill out all appropriate paperwork for Dietary Supplements properly.
• Must adhere to all company and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for the testing and monitoring of the equipment to ensure proper dosing.

Requirements

• Dietary training or understanding
• Mechanical understanding
• Must be able to perform normal job duties and requirements
• Good attendance, polite, self-motivated
• Basic computer and math skills
• Possess a positive attitude toward goal setting, personnel motivation, and creating harmony
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written; good organizational skills
• Stay up to date on trainings, procedures, and policies
• Good judgment and reasoning abilities
• Willing to work hours needed to accomplish goals
