Night Shift Warehouse Associate

Role Overview: Support warehouse and distribution operations to ensure efficient product movement, accurate order fulfillment, and inventory integrity. Collaborate with team members to process inbound, outbound, and internal activities, prepare shipments, and manage staging areas. Key Responsibilities Process warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, and internal movements.Prepare shipments, manage packaging, and staging for dispatch.Reconcile inventory discrepancies and monitor stock levels.Investigate handling issues, damaged shipments, and process exceptions.Maintain accurate documentation of shipment status and inventory transactions. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required; associate’s in supply chain or related field preferred.3+ years in warehouse support, logistics, or inventory management.Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, safety, and documentation processes.Strong ability to verify data, resolve operational issues, and communicate effectively.Ability to organize tasks across shifting priorities and support continuous improvement.
