Night Shift Warehouse Associate

About the Role

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing and controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This includes functions such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. The role ensures the efficient flow of products from vendor receipt to customer shipment.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM (or until task completion).

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Train and become certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duties (e.g., order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walkie rider).

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights of 20-30 feet regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in English, including reading and writing, to process documents.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with technologies like computers or point-of-sale systems is a plus.

We welcome candidates with little to no warehouse experience. All training is provided starting on your first day!

Pay

$21.60 per hour (includes shift differential).
