Pay

Hourly Pay: $18.50 per hour

Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour when working nights

Schedule

Night Shift: Wednesday-Saturday, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Six months of related warehouse experience required; one year or more preferred
  • Learn to operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks), including operation and maintenance (e.g., changing batteries, recognizing mechanical issues) — intermediate level required
  • May be required to operate manual and/or automated warehouse/manufacturing equipment (e.g., packaging line) — intermediate level preferred
  • Powered industrial truck certification
  • Ability to read and perform basic mathematics in English for safety, work instructions, and policies
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to input data into WMS computer systems
  • Willingness to work overtime as assigned
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment and self-driven to excel
  • Capable of multitasking, highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices

Note: Some positions require additional screening, including employment/education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, and/or customer-specific badging or background requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Package, kit, and/or assemble orders and materials
  • Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers
  • Ensure all scanning is completed correctly
  • Train dock employees on new procedures
  • Ensure facility is secure at the end of shift; investigate and resolve scanning issues and housekeeping
  • Perform picking and packing duties
  • Check for evidence of product or container damage
  • Perform assigned tasks as described in location policies and procedures, including handling materials within associated logical transactions
  • Perform material moves with associated physical/logical transactions as required
  • Participate in workgroup and team activities for self-improvement and to enhance warehouse operations
  • Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area
  • Perform other duties as assigned
