Night Shift Registered Nurse

About the Role

This position involves supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans. You will build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care, and provide direct patient care when necessary. Additionally, you will support and mentor fellow staff with complex patient needs and celebrate patient milestones and progress.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments for patients.

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure as per state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications preferred.
• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous.
