Provide compassionate, individualized care in a rehabilitation setting. Supervise patient care, lead assessments, develop care plans, and address patient concerns. Build strong relationships with patients and families to support recovery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. Support and mentor fellow staff with complex patient needs. Celebrate patient milestones and progress.
Requirements
- Valid RN licensure per state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital is a plus
