Night Shift Plant Technician
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to decide which sections to include. Likely sections: About the role (maybe from "About Poet" and Job Summary?), Responsibilities, Qualifications & Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Physical Requirements & Work Environment, Culture, Growth & Development. However we must not create sections with filler. Each must have real content.
We need to avoid duplication: "About Poet" includes mission statement etc. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Poet" is about company, not role. But we could treat as "About the role" maybe not accurate. The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests those are examples; we can use others if appropriate? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those headings only. But we can also use other headings if needed? The examples are just examples; but they say use for section headings (e.g. ...). It doesn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we should stick to those headings where applicable. However we have content like "Physical Requirements & Work Environment", "Culture", "Growth & Development". Those are not in the list. Could we incorporate them under existing headings? Perhaps "Responsibilities" could include physical requirements? But better to have separate sections? The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we combine some.
We could have sections: About the role (company overview), Responsibilities (job summary & responsibilities), Qualifications & Skills (combined), Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Physical Requirements & Work Environment (maybe as its own section but not in list). However they gave examples but not exclusive. I'd assume we can use other headings if needed, but to be safe we could use "Physical Requirements" as a heading (still ). The instruction didn't forbid; it just gave examples. So we can use any heading as long as it's . We'll do that.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
We'll structure:
About the role
mission statement etc.

We must ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO etc. We need to preserve all substantive information: from About Poet mission, benefits details, job summary, responsibilities list, qualifications, skills, physical requirements, culture, growth. We need to remove duplicated lines: there are some repeated sentences like "Maintain and advance the food safety and quality..." appears twice? Actually appears once near end of responsibilities and again later? Let's check: In responsibilities: "Maintain and advance the food safety and quality of POET’s products and processes to deliver a best-in-class culture of quality." Then later in "A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE" list includes "Maintain and advance the food safety and quality..."? Actually that list includes "Maintain and advance the food safety and quality of POET’s products and processes to deliver a best-in-class culture of quality." Yes it's duplicated. We should keep only one instance. Also "Foster a culture of safe behavior and environmental compliance at all times." appears twice in responsibilities. We'll deduplicate. We need to ensure we don't lose any unique info. Let's extract content. About Poet: "About Poet At POET, it is our mission to be good stewards of the Earth by converting renewable resources to energy and other valuable goods as effectively as humanly possible. For over thirty years our drive and passion to change the world has enabled us to become the largest producer and marketer of bioethanol and a leader in sustainable products in the world." We'll put that in About the role. Benefits & Perks: "Eligible Team Members may receive $$ Competitive BONUS opportunities - up to SIX bonuses per year (Quarterly Profit Sharing & Value Share)Paid time off and paid holidays - 40 hours of PTO available on Day 1, on top of a biweekly PTO accrual program! Let's break: - Competitive BONUS opportunities - up to SIX bonuses per year (Quarterly Profit Sharing & Value Share) - Paid time off and paid holidays - 40 hours of PTO available on Day 1, on top of a biweekly PTO accrual program! - Comprehensive benefits package; Individual and family plans for health, dental, & vision insurance, including a generous employer Health Savings Account contribution - Competitive pay, including shift premium pay for qualifying positions - 401K with company match - Paid Parental Leave - Tuition reimbursement - Attractive Relocation Assistance and Bonus Programs for qualifying positions and/or locations - Safety and cold weather gear reimbursements - Discounted home and auto insurance - A multifaceted wellness program encompassing the whole person – mentally, physically, and spiritually - Family-first' culture - Onsite fitness centers or fitness reimbursements Note there is a stray quote after spiritually'Family-first' culture. We'll fix. We need to separate schedule info maybe into Schedule section. But we can also keep schedule in Responsibilities? Better to separate.
