Night Shift Maintenance Technician/ Millwright

About the role

We are seeking experienced Night Shift Plant Maintenance Technicians / Millwrights for our Pottsville, Lewisburg, and Columbia Quarries. The successful candidates will maintain and repair plant operations, including crushers, conveyors, and screens, and may perform general work around the quarry operation.

Hours are flexible and will require night and weekend work. Typical shift hours are approximately 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with adjustments as needed.

• Perform general work around the quarry operation
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Uncompromising focus on safety excellence
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs
• Previous fixed plant maintenance or related industry experience
• Experience in fabricating, cutting, and stick and MIG welding (required)
• Experience working with crushers, conveyors, and screens (preferred but not required)
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, direction, and work planning for plant maintenance, fabrication, and heavy repair projects
• Self-motivated; must be able to perform duties independently without constant supervision
• Flexibility to adapt to different work environments and locations, including varied working hours

Pay

Starting at $25.00 per hour.
