About the Role

Provide resident-centered overnight clinical care in a faith-based environment, promoting dignity, safety, and comfort for residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments during the night shift
• Perform resident assessments and ensure accurate documentation
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being
• Support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
• Uphold a mission-driven culture focused on compassion, safety, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to compassionate, faith-based care
• Ability to assess resident needs and support their well-being
