Responsibilities
- Trains and assigns temporary staff to specific projects for kitpacking work
- Maintains quality standard of finished kits according to company and customer specifications
- Solves any unclear instructions with the kitpacking lead
- Affirms the timely completion of projects within budget
- Affirms the quality of finished goods and accuracy of specifications
- Completes time sheets and verifies time charged to jobs
- Completes project related paperwork as needed
- Keeps kitpacking area neat and orderly at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three to five years’ experience in an assembly or related position with quality assurance responsibilities
- Strong skills in work planning, scheduling, and must have good judgment of color, design, and printing quality
