Night Shift Kitpacking Line Lead

Responsibilities

• Trains and assigns temporary staff to specific projects for kitpacking work
• Maintains quality standard of finished kits according to company and customer specifications
• Solves any unclear instructions with the kitpacking lead
• Affirms the timely completion of projects within budget
• Affirms the quality of finished goods and accuracy of specifications
• Completes time sheets and verifies time charged to jobs
• Completes project related paperwork as needed
• Keeps kitpacking area neat and orderly at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Three to five years’ experience in an assembly or related position with quality assurance responsibilities
• Strong skills in work planning, scheduling, and must have good judgment of color, design, and printing quality
