• Schedule: Full-time, Onsite (Shift-based)

What You'll Do

• Lead packaging operations: for the entire shift to ensure production goals are met
• Plan staffing, assign work, and coordinate daily production activities:
• Monitor workflow, quality, and performance: to maintain operational standards
• Troubleshoot production issues: and escalate as needed to minimize downtime
• Train, coach, and support team members: to improve performance
• Maintain accurate production records: and communicate shift updates

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent:
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or packaging operations:
• Previous leadership or lead experience preferred:
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Office and production systems (MIS preferred):
