Line Lead - Warehouse (night shift)

Responsibilities

• Monitors team members to ensure compliance to controlled documents
• Provides work direction to associates in assigned area(s)
• Directs training for associates in their assigned area(s)
• Responsible for all process documentation accuracy, completion and handoff
• Sets work assignment/direction of associates as needed
• The Line Lead will interact with other Line Leads and associates on the respective/adjoining shift to share best practices, create standardization, and ensure a smooth transition between shifts. Lines Leads are required to work a schedule that allows for this to occur
