Night Shift House Supervisor RN

About the Role

This position combines leadership and clinical responsibilities for a Registered Nurse (RN) in a critical access hospital. You will serve as the on-site clinical and administrative leader while also providing high-quality nursing care across various units.

Responsibilities

• Perform House Supervisor duties, including coordinating staffing and patient flow, responding to urgent events, and supporting teams with clinical judgment.
• Serve as a Float Pool RN, delivering nursing care across multiple units, assessing patient needs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Adapt quickly to different workflows and provide leadership in high-pressure situations.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of three years of hospital nursing experience.
• Current RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Five or more years of nursing experience.
