Night Shift House Supervisor/RN

About the Role

This position combines leadership and clinical expertise as a House Supervisor and Float Pool RN. The RN will serve as the on-site leader during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring safe operations, coordinating staffing and patient flow, and managing urgent events. Additionally, as a Float Pool RN, they will provide high-quality nursing care across various units, adapting quickly to different patient populations and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital-wide operations, support teams with clinical judgment, and mentor staff.
• Respond to urgent situations, coordinate care, and ensure smooth patient throughput.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in diverse settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and demonstrate strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing program with a minimum of three years of hospital nursing experience.
• Current RN license and certifications in BLS and ACLS.

Qualifications

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and five years of experience.
