Night Shift House Supervisor/RN

The role involves leading hospital operations during night shifts as a House Supervisor and providing flexible clinical support as a Float Pool RN.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, patient flow, and urgent response.
• Serve as a clinical and administrative leader, ensuring safe and efficient care.
• Mentor staff and resolve issues across departments.
• Deliver high‑quality nursing care tailored to various patient populations.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Minimum of three years hospital nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification prior to first shift.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience.
